1. General Refund Conditions

At Revolt Fitness, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please carefully review our refund policy below to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.

2. Returns

  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item needs to have the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Items that are damaged, missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund after the inspection is complete.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

4. Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software products.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Clearance or sale items.

6. Exchanges

In case the product you received is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within the 30-day return window.

7. Cancellation of Services or Memberships

For any service or membership cancellations, please contact our support team directly. Refunds for services or memberships will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
